Joe is the President and Founder of TG Sticks Management. He oversees the company as a whole from managing personnel to day-to-day operations. He has a knack for efficiency and keeps things moving smoothly within the company.

CONNOR SCHWARTZ

Connor is a licensed real estate agent focused on both residential and investment property sales. He assists clients in the real estate transaction process, ensuring each deal makes it to the closing table. Additionally, Connor has experience in short-term rental investment properties and property management. He is a recent graduate from Utica University where he earned a degree in Construction Management with a dual minor in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
Joseph Calaprico
"Lil Joey"
Joey is a NYS licensed real estate agent who primarily focuses on investment property sales. He assists clients in finding the right investment property that fits their needs and criteria. With his experience in property management, Joey is able to provide insight beyond the average agent. As a current sophomore at Syracuse University studying Mechanical Engineering and Finance, Joey brings a well rounded approach to the real estate world.
Michael Jarvi
Mike is a licensed real estate agent who takes pride in taking care of all of his clients' needs. He represents both residential and investor clients in the buying and selling process. Having graduated from the Marcellus CSD and Le Moyne College, Mike is extremely familiar with Syracuse and the surrounding area. Graduating with a B.S. in Marketing, Mike prides himself on his ability to network and produce top notch results for every client.
EMILY DEVITO
Emily is a licensed real estate agent assisting clients in sales, investments, and rental leases. She is a rising senior at Syracuse University where she majors in Real Estate and Finance.

Kristen Stickle
Kristen is TG Sticks' advertising and sales specialist. She assists in the sales process along with managing flip designs, and short-term rentals.
Ryan Blair
Ryan has been a TG Sticks team member for 5+ years focusing on real estate investments and property management. Ryan is also a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working with investor and residential clients.
NICOLE CHURCHILL
Nicole is our Rental Leasing and Compliance officer. She works in tenant relations to support tenants when problems occur and tries to meet the needs of both the tenants and management. She also heads apartment showings and communication. Beyond that, Nicole makes sure that we "keep our doors open" and are equal opportunity housing for all individuals. Lastly, she offers support in finance, helping to make sure tenant rents are up to date and accurate.
Drew Dunlap
Drew is a recent graduate of Utica University where he earned a degree in Construction Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. At TG Sticks, he is an intern working on the sales and investment side of properties. He aids in the property management and contracting work on property flips. Real Estate is something he is passionate about and hopes to build a successful career with the TG Sticks team.
Gabriella Stickle
Gabriella works in the financial department and with the financing of investment properties. She attends the University of New Haven where she plays basketball while majoring in engineering.
